As a vital member of our Administration team, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our firm. This position is essential in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients, acting as a reliable point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the reception switchboard; manage and direct incoming calls from various sources
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism
- Deliver courteous and positive client service, both face-to-face and via phone
- Handle, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of office supply rooms, including stocking and distribution
- Oversee inventory management and distribution of office supplies
- Prepare board rooms for client meetings and ensure supplies are returned post-meeting
- Coordinate catering needs as required
- Execute routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and preparing reports
- Draft, review, and modify various documents including templates, letters, reports, and presentations
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous office and clerical experience in a professional setting is an asset
- Post-secondary education in administration is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
