As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Administration team, directly influencing the success of our firm by providing exceptional support to both internal and external clients. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and effective operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
Operate the reception switchboard; manage and direct incoming calls from various sources Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism Deliver courteous and positive client service, both face-to-face and via phone Handle, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages Maintain the organization and cleanliness of office supply rooms, including stocking and distribution Oversee inventory management and distribution of office supplies Prepare board rooms for client meetings and ensure supplies are organized post-meeting Coordinate catering services as needed Perform routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and printing reports Draft, review, and modify various correspondence materials including templates, letters, reports, and presentationsSkills and Qualifications
Previous office and clerical experience in a professional setting is an asset Post-secondary education in administration is advantageous Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively-
