About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimize customer wait times and provide timely communication to all parties.
- Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
- Update dealership schedules and directories on a regular basis.
- Perform motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory administration tasks.
- Complete other related administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience required.
- Reception and/or dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong computer skills and ability to meet deadlines.
