Spa Coordinator

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service to Spa guests. To answer all guest questions in person or over the phone related to spa reservations, product knowledge or general Spa usage in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. You will continuously exceed expectations of our clients by coordinating a day or visit that suits what they are looking for.

Job Requirements:

- Customer Service/Front Desk/Spa Experience Preferred
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Self Motivated individual with an outgoing personality-Be able to work without direct supervision
- Must be coachable and have a winning attitude
- Flexibility to work Weekend and Evening shifts
- Promote retail sales as it contributes to the success of this position
- Team Player
- Professional phone etiquette & Professional written communication skills
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management and
- Must maintain a professional and polished appearance
- Computer skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet every client and elevate the client experience
- Schedule spa services accurately
- Promote sales of additional spa services, gift certificates, packages in a sales friendly environment
- Communications to management of occurrences of staff and/or clients that require attention or collaboration
- Give direction as needed to Team of Therapist as it benefits the spa
- Opening and Closing Responsibilities
- Maintain the policies and procedures of Timeless Moments Day Spa
- Always LEAD BY EXAMPLE - Be a Positive Role Model
- Work with Team to Motivate and actively improve the overall success of spa.
- Consciously present organization skills and pay close attention to detail
- Inventory Control
- Assist with light housekeeping responsibilities
- Opening and/or Closing of the Spa

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 years experience in spa industry or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
