In this role, you will be essential in delivering precise measurements and reliable data collection to support the effective execution of construction elements across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, organize, and implement the layout of concrete frameworks, ensuring all embedded components are accurately positioned.
  • Provide essential grid line offsets and establish benchmarks for project reference.
  • Employ state-of-the-art surveying tools and software to gather precise measurements and data.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Set up and maintain control points for accurate layout and positioning of construction elements.
  • Compile survey reports, drawings, and as-built documentation as part of the quality assurance process.
  • Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors and external survey professionals as necessary.
  • Adhere to relevant surveying regulations and safety standards throughout all operations.
  • Implement company-wide surveying protocols for documentation and operational support.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in construction layout is advantageous.
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced surveying instruments and software applications.
  • Strong understanding of surveying principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Critical thinking abilities aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
