Position Overview

We are currently seeking candidates for a pivotal role within our HR department, emphasizing the utilization of German language capabilities. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering HR administrative services in accordance with legal requirements in Germany
  • Becoming proficient in HR processes and activities, ensuring accurate transaction processing within HR systems
  • Maintaining precise HR data across relevant platforms
  • Serving as the primary contact for HR inquiries from managers and employees
  • Assisting with complex HR issues and providing operational HR support
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in project-oriented frameworks
  • Upholding data privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Working closely with internal and external partners to enhance processes
