About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Data Management Specialist to join our team at 9605 GSK Services Sp z o.o. in Belgium. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end life cycle of GSK employees through Workday transactional processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and generation of employee and hiring-related documentation, including contract extensions and salary increases.
  • Process HR documents in accordance with Belgian labor law and ensure data accuracy and quality control.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries from managers and employees via ServiceNow and manage requests in the system.
  • Provide on-request reporting to business partners and other stakeholders.
  • Work in a highly data-sensitive environment, protecting data privacy and adhering to confidentiality requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with in-market team members to keep knowledge on processes up to date and align on high customer service standards.
  • Cooperate with local HR Business Partners and external vendors to share knowledge on processes and anticipate the need for improvement.
  • Employ case management systems effectively to ensure efficient case delivery and act as the central contact for GSK employees or managers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of experience (+1 year) in a similar or related HR role.
  • Fluent French and English language skills.
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems.
  • Previous experience in business-facing roles in a corporate environment.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Belgian HR-related labor law/collective agreements is a plus but not required.
