The Compensation and Benefits Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing payroll operations and ensuring accurate employee compensation at Limen Group Const. (2019) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques for employees.
  • Generate earnings statements for staff, detailing gross and net pay along with deductions such as taxes, union fees, and benefits.
  • Maintain, update, and retrieve financial records as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing filing systems.
  • Prepare and reconcile period-end reports with bank statements.
  • Compile monthly financial statements.
  • Handle documentation for employee benefits administration, including pension plans and medical insurance.
  • Provide information to employees regarding payroll inquiries and benefit programs.
  • Compile and analyze payroll statistics and reports.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll records.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and overtime to determine pay and benefit eligibility using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Conduct data entry tasks as required.
