Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fleet at All Directions Transport, a leading provider of transportation services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze departmental performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
- Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 people to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
- Manage finances and budget, overseeing the planning and execution of transportation services, and setting rates to ensure profitability.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field, with a strong understanding of transportation logistics.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Basic security clearance and bondable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
