About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at MacKinnon Restaurants Inc. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Cost Control
    • Monitor and control costs associated with products and services.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
