Dynamic Operations Leadership Trainee Position at UniFirst Corporation

UniFirst is on the lookout for an Operations Leadership Trainee who will have the opportunity to gain insights into various facets of our enterprise, operational processes, and the Textile Services Sector. As an Operations Leadership Trainee, you will:

  • Acquire skills in overseeing operations, personnel management, and financial planning
  • Manage your own service route and lead a team of service routes
  • Cultivate expertise in professional sales methodologies and client account engagement
  • Recruit, mentor, and oversee team members while promoting a culture of respect and acknowledgment
  • Support data integrity assessments and system evaluations
  • Facilitate new client initiatives and corporate integrations
  • Engage in the development of operational standards and protocols

Required Qualifications

  • DOT certification is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Willingness to travel and relocate as needed

  • Strong business insight and communication abilities
