Data & Analytics Intern - Drive Innovation in Automotive Finance

BMW Group Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data & Analytics Intern to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the growth of our business by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales performance across Canada.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with experts in sales, marketing, finance, and IT to gather, analyze, and visualize data. You will play a key role in developing reports, dashboards, and predictive analytics models that drive informed decision-making at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of sales, marketing, finance, and IT professionals to gather and analyze data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain KPI-oriented reports and dashboards to track performance and identify trends.
- Process raw data, perform analysis, and generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of predictive analytics models using your coding skills in R or Python.
- Work within an Agile environment utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data processing and aggregation using R or Python.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
