Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge Inn and Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train our front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and maintenance staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews with our staff to ensure that they are meeting our expectations and to provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Manage Front Desk OperationsManage the front desk operations, including checking in and checking out guests, handling guest complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare Budgets and Monitor FinancesPrepare budgets and monitor our finances to ensure that we are operating within our means and that we are meeting our financial goals.
Develop and Implement Marketing PlansDevelop and implement marketing plans to attract new guests and to increase our occupancy rates.
Assist Guests with Special NeedsAssist guests with special needs, such as mobility issues or dietary restrictions, to ensure that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for our staff to ensure that we are adequately staffed at all times.
Organize and Maintain InventoryOrganize and maintain our inventory of supplies and equipment to ensure that we have what we need to operate efficiently.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
