Manage Front Desk OperationsManage the front desk operations, including checking in and checking out guests, handling guest complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare Budgets and Monitor FinancesPrepare budgets and monitor our revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our means and making a profit.
Develop Marketing PlansDevelop marketing plans to attract new guests and retain our existing ones, including social media marketing, email marketing, and local advertising.
Implement Marketing ActivitiesImplement marketing activities, including creating and distributing promotional materials, managing our website and social media presence, and participating in local events and trade shows.
Provide Excellent Guest ServiceProvide exceptional guest service, including responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for our staff, including creating and managing our staffing schedules, ensuring that we have adequate coverage at all times.

Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
