We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Econo Logde Inn and Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that our motel runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage our front desk staff, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service and that our motel is running smoothly.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Front Desk Duties: Perform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling guest complaints, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage our motel's budget, ensuring that we are meeting our financial goals and that our expenses are under control.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services, including assisting guests with special needs and ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to operate our motel efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
