Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Econo Logde Inn and Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Supervise StaffSupervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Perform Front Desk DutiesPerform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and responding to guest inquiries.
Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and ExpensesPrepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that our business is operating within budget and that we are meeting our financial goals.
Prepare Marketing PlansDevelop and implement marketing plans to attract new guests and increase revenue.
Implement Marketing ActivitiesImplement marketing activities, including social media marketing, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
Assist Clients/Guests with Special NeedsAssist clients/guests with special needs, including providing wheelchair accessibility and other accommodations.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage at all times.
Organize and Maintain InventoryOrganize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have adequate supplies and that our inventory is up to date.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
LanguageFluent in English
