Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Foxwood Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to excel in their roles.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
