You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and presented in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to our strict food safety and hygiene protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Order supplies and equipment
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Will train
