We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Paul's Group Limited.
Job SummaryThe Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing needs and prepare job postings to attract top talent.
- Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants, advising them on employment requirements and terms and conditions.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates.
- Communication: Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers.
- Staffing Policies: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
The Recruitment Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
