What You Will Be Working On:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop comprehensive learning plans that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments to optimize learner outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in adult learning and instructional design, incorporating innovative approaches into our training programs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in talent development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other instructional technologies.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
