About the Opportunity

As a key member of the Zanchin Automotive Group team, this Sales and Leasing Consultant role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Act as the liaison between the dealership and customers during the vehicle purchasing process
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Listen actively to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
  • Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of success in sales.

  • 1-3 years of experience as a successful sales professional, with automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to have meaningful conversations
  • Multi-lingual an asset
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g. CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g. OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • OMVIC license in good standing and a clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
