Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment will be essential in ensuring the success of our restaurant. In this role, you will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards, training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Order supplies and equipment
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 hours per week
