Prophix is a global leader in financial performance management, and we're seeking a talented Partner Account Manager to join our North American Strategic Alliances & Partnerships team. As a key member of our high-growth team, you'll be responsible for achieving partner pipeline revenue and growth targets, establishing new partner relationships, and maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales territory plan to grow and manage a channel sales territory
  • Create and execute individual partner plans aligned with our North American Channel strategy and model
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned partner accounts to increase Prophix adoption and expand our channel footprint
  • Assist partners throughout their sales cycles, including supporting end-to-end cycles for new and onboarding partners
  • Articulate Prophix' business benefits and value proposition to partner prospects, partners, and partner clients/prospects
  • Collaborate with our Field Marketing team on partner campaigns, including lead generation and nurture events, partner sales education, and partner adoption
  • Represent Prophix at conferences, onsite partner events, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Internal/external liaison representing both Partner and Prophix interests to other departments across the organization
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results, remaining accountable for your performance
  • Ensure partners are following Prophix partner processes and meeting program and individual status requirements
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting within Prophix systems
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong partner or client relationships within a technology or advisory company
  • Experience with consultative selling and project management or meeting sales objectives and territory/account development
  • Ability to navigate complex organization charts and get buy-in at multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate Prophix' business benefits and value proposition
  • Self-motivated, driven, results-oriented individual with a strong desire to win
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
