Position Overview

As an Administrative Support Specialist at GOAT SIDING & SOFFITS LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail Management: Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials efficiently.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily office operations to enhance productivity.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement office policies and procedures to streamline processes.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure effective time management.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain an accurate inventory.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information management.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Employment Type: Permanent position.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.

Work Hours: This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
