Asset Management Director

At MUFG Investor Services, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Asset Management team. As a Director, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch fund accounting and administration services to our hedge fund clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Fund Accountants, ensuring seamless delivery of accounting and administration services to clients.
- Approve fee schedules, ensuring compliance with fund documents and organizational controls.
- Review and sign schedules, reports, and files, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and review audited financial statements and annual audits.
- Participate in system initiatives and projects, driving growth and innovation within the local office.
As a successful candidate, you'll bring a strong background in fund administration, with experience managing staff and a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with fund accounting software, such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi, is a plus. A professional accounting designation, such as CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or CFA, is an asset.
