Master Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team at Bombardier. As a Master Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production plans that meet business needs and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and internal suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
- Manage and track progress of production plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks and bottlenecks.
- Update production plans and analyze impact on critical resources, working closely with experienced agents.
- Calculate operational personnel requirements to ensure compliance with production plans.
- Work with operational and support teams to develop recovery plans and ensure correct operational administration through SAP systems.
- Collaborate with finance teams to conduct annual budget and forecast exercises.
- Monitor shipments and consolidate data on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conduct regular sessions with operational and support teams to review progress and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Aeronautical) or administration or logistics.
- 3-5 years of experience working in an international environment, collaborating with remote teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Office 365 tools, particularly MS-Excel and PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong sense of autonomy, client-oriented approach, and ability to meet deadlines.
