As a Material & Work Planner, you will be instrumental in liaising with multiple departments to evaluate tooling requests, revise schedules, and ensure the seamless execution of plant initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with production, methods support, and engineering teams to assess tooling requests
  • Revise schedules and communicate updates to all stakeholders
  • Deliver advanced project planning and management assistance
  • Support the operations group with technical challenges
  • Organize and present the status of tooling projects within the plant
  • Evaluate and allocate new tooling requests
  • Assist requesters and team members throughout tooling initiatives
  • Become proficient in IT tools for tool management
  • Comprehend and master the processes of the tooling team

Key Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • 4 years of experience in planning or project management
  • Fluency in French and a solid understanding of English
  • Familiarity with the aeronautical sector
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
