Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production teams, aircraft methods support, and engineering departments to evaluate tooling requests.
- Update and manage schedules for tooling requests, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Engage in advanced project planning and management activities.
- Support operations teams with technical challenges.
- Organize and communicate the status of tooling projects within the plant.
- Analyze and assign new tooling requests to method agents.
- Assist requesters and team members throughout the tooling request process.
- Become a proficient user of the IT tool for tooling management.
- Master the processes of the tooling team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- At least 4 years of experience in planning or project management.
- Fluency in French with a solid understanding of English.
- Familiarity with the aerospace industry.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
