FLINT Corp. is in search of a Production Schedule Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Production Schedule Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at FLINT Corp. In this position, you will be tasked with organizing and strategizing production timelines for industrial process systems. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with project leaders to guarantee that projects are executed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside site management and clients to effectively plan projects.
  • Oversee project expenditures and provide updates to the Project Manager.
  • Accurately maintain and revise project timelines.
  • Deliver project reports consistently and punctually.
  • Employ critical path analysis and various tools for effective scheduling.
  • Recognize and resolve project issues swiftly.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

  • Journeyperson certification is mandatory.
  • Significant experience in project scheduling within a mechanical setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of planning experience in an industrial context.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 software.
