Job Summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and providing schedules for all projects being planned and performed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule Development: Develop and provide schedules for all projects being planned and performed.
  2. Project Monitoring: Monitor job progress according to schedules, coordinate with material expediters concerning critical items of supply, participate in expenditure forecasts, and perform schedule analysis.
  3. Prioritization: Provide priorities for projects to guarantee completion.
  4. Forecasting and Disbursements: Contribute to forecasts and disbursements by performing schedule analysis.
  5. Project Control: Perform assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls.
  6. Problem-Solving: Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
  7. Production Scheduling: Develop production schedules for all projects.
  8. Schedule Correlation: Correlate project schedules to align with client forecasted master schedule.
  9. Material and Resource Planning: Analyze production specifications and construction data and perform mathematical calculations to determine the material, tools, and human resources requirements for the schedule.
  10. Workflow Planning: Plan and develop workflow for each craft and operation.
  11. Operation Planning: Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other operations for guidance of construction workers.
  12. Schedule Adjustments: Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  13. Reporting: Prepare production reports.
Requirements
  1. Software Knowledge: Knowledge of multiple projects scheduling Primavera P3 or P6 and Microsoft Projects software.
  2. Documentation: Knowledge of SharePoint, NAVFAC Maximo preferred to create and label documentation related to schedule status reporting.
  3. Construction Knowledge: Knowledge of construction projects, resource loading, and staffing, including performing risk analysis and pinpointing scheduling conflicts in advance.
  4. Communication Skills: Ability to interact with all project stakeholders effectively.
  5. Contract Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting contract responsibilities at an overseas facility.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
  7. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  8. Communication Skills: Must have good oral and written communication skills which enable to effectively liaise with clients, other departments within the organization, subcontractors, and clients, and report directly to the Senior Management.
  9. Attention to Detail: Must be detail oriented and have good project management skills.
  10. Medical Screening: Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
  11. Driver's License: Must have a valid and be able to obtain driver's license in country of Origin.
