ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble and coordinate essential information, personnel, materials, and equipment to ensure project completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for ongoing initiatives.
  • Verify the accuracy and timeliness of project schedule information.
  • Design effective schedules for project execution.
  • Evaluate labor hours on projects and report on productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Conduct quality control assessments on active projects.
  • Monitor compliance with project schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Prometheus, Primavera, and SAP.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Journeyperson, Engineer, or Technologist with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction execution strategies.
  • Schedule regulatory tasks according to established calendars.
  • Engage with operations and execution coordinators daily to refresh schedules.
  • Lead and participate in planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Facilitate weekly reviews with the Operations Construction Team to prioritize and discuss ongoing work.
  • Provide weekly updates on schedule utilization and workforce availability.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of planning and scheduling procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for service bookings and logistics.
  • Experience in maintenance and industrial oil field electrical systems is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of scheduling, project controls, Work Breakdown Structures, and Earned Value Management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating responsibility and reliability.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
  • Capability to plan, organize, budget, and assess project performance.
  • Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
