The RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and responsive Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to our valued clients, their loved ones, and the community healthcare practitioners that make up their care team.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance the customer experience by welcoming, engaging with, and meeting the needs of clients and visitors on-site.
- Manage and prioritize telephone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Collaborate with teams to oversee client order administration, process payment, and manage bank deposits, billing, and payments as needed.
- Coordinate all details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people and work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs.
- A clean criminal background check and bondability.
