Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of staff during your shift, ensuring that all aspects of the store run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
  • Set the example for your team by following all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with other store managers to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably with Domino's Pizza.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly wage, ranging from $18.50 to $21 per hour.
