Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the office
  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities
  • Assess and improve daily office procedures
  • Handle incoming mail and distribute materials accordingly
  • Organize and prioritize daily assignments
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain office routines
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Proofread and type various documents
  • Assist in marketing communications efforts
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
