Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at Rapidcrete Construction Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing Administrative Procedures: Develop and introduce new office protocols to enhance efficiency.
  • Reviewing Procedures: Assess and refine existing administrative processes to improve overall performance.
  • Administrative Activities: Manage daily office operations and ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in formulating the operating budget while maintaining accurate inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Data Management: Compile data and create regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating Office Procedures: Oversee and streamline office administrative tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
