Role Overview:

As a Gender Equity Consultant, you will collaborate with a prominent organization to develop and implement both community and institutional policies aimed at promoting gender equality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis and evaluation of the Draft Institutional Assessment.
  • Review and refine the Draft Gender Policy and the Institutional Strategic Framework to ensure alignment with established standards.
  • Design a comprehensive Training Program tailored for community members and organizational personnel.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in social sciences, economics, international development, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Gender Equality initiatives.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and administrative processes.
  • Prior involvement in planning and development processes.
  • Experience in educational research, training, and facilitation.
  • Familiarity with participatory methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.
