Key Responsibilities
As a Copy and Print Consultant, you will be the go-to expert for solutions that cater to customer needs. Your role will involve consulting and recommending solutions to your customer partners by leveraging all available business development service options to help them achieve their working and learning objectives. You will also lead and mentor the team on the processes and procedures of solutionshop. Your goal will be to inspire customers, build loyalty and trust, and deliver value in meaningful ways to support their growth.
Specific Duties Include:
- Driving sales and margin objectives in the services sector of the store, focusing on print, digital marketing, shipping, and tech services. Proposing and communicating improvement suggestions.
- Overseeing customer correspondence and ensuring the execution of production and supply replenishment.
- Managing customer projects while adhering to production protocols (setup, quality control, and finishing), and assisting with advanced production tasks such as machine calibration and maintenance scheduling.
- Engaging with customers to uncover sales opportunities and facilitating referrals through our service pathways.
- Coaching and developing associates within the solutionshop.
- Creating an exceptional customer experience, particularly in managing customer queues.
- Ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service by operating cash registers, adhering to loss prevention protocols, and maintaining cleanliness and standards in your assigned areas.
- Prioritizing a clean and safe environment, with a focus on the safety of yourself, fellow associates, and customers.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in retail.
- 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity with direct responsibility for achieving sales and service targets is preferred.
- Experience in a retail/commercial printing environment is advantageous.
- Completion of high school or equivalent is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving customer service excellence and sales outcomes.
- Proficient with technology.
- Inquisitive and approachable.

Additional Information
- This role requires a moderate level of physical effort and the operation of equipment/machinery to meet merchandising standards and enhance customer experience.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels from printing equipment is expected.
- Standing in a stationary position for extended periods while processing various orders is required.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
