Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and oversight of research initiatives addressing gender, climate change, and intercultural dynamics.
  • Contribute to the formulation of innovative research methodologies that are culturally sensitive and inclusive.
  • Assist in organizing and analyzing research data related to migration, anti-corruption, and human trafficking.
  • Enhance the skills of researchers in utilizing digital tools and data analysis software, including Power BI and statistical analysis.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field within the Social Sciences.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated involvement in research projects focusing on gender, migration, and intercultural studies.
