As a Gender Equity Consultant, you will collaborate with a prominent organization to develop and implement both community and institutional policies aimed at promoting gender equality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis and evaluation of the Draft Institutional Assessment.
- Review and refine the Draft Gender Policy and the Institutional Strategic Framework to ensure alignment with established norms.

Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in social sciences, economics, international development, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Gender Equality initiatives.
