Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and oversight of research projects focused on gender, climate change, and intercultural dynamics.
  • Contribute to the formulation of innovative research methodologies that embrace intercultural and decolonial perspectives.
  • Assist in organizing and analyzing research data pertaining to migration, anti-corruption, and human trafficking.
  • Enhance the capabilities of researchers by providing training in digital tools and data analysis software, including Power BI and statistical analysis.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or higher in a field related to Social Sciences.

Preferred Experience:

  • Involvement in research projects addressing themes such as gender, migration, and intercultural relations.
