Warehouse Operations Manager

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff
- Conduct performance reviews and coordinate, assign, and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
