Role Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with community Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Nurses, assisting in the scheduling and coordination of their services Communicate with clients, staff, and community partners Serve as a problem solver for clients and address inquiries from relevant stakeholders Report client and staff issues to the Home Support Supervisor Coordinate with representatives regarding client care Gather and input all relevant client information into the system Provide lists, schedules, and perform various administrative tasks to support the PSW and Nurse programRequired Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in an office environment Must be available to work on weekends Capable of managing a high volume of calls while providing outstanding customer service (experience in healthcare is an advantage) Strong multitasking and prioritization skills High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus) Strong customer service and organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and able to learn proprietary software Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial but not mandatoryAdditional Information
