Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at I Time Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
  • Experience with network security and compliance
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and on-site work. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
