Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at I Time Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
