Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at I Time Inc.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a problems and solutions log.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of networking software, hardware, and security
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office and MS Windows experience
  • Electronic mail and MS Outlook experience
  • Basic security clearance
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
