- Technology: Utilize electronic medical records, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and other software applications to perform administrative tasks.
- Area of Specialization: Develop expertise in correspondence, reports and records, contracts, invoices, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines, and demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate flexibility, judgement, and a client-focused approach.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
