Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at A & A Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a territory in the Gatineau to Montreal region and driving business growth through customer relationships and prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify new opportunities
- Prospect new customers and develop targeted sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel within the territory as needed
