Role Description

As a Territory Manager in Outaouais and Gatineau, you will be responsible for representing Kellanova to some of the world's most respected and recognized retail operations. You will use your consulting and selling skills to impact immediate wins as well as long-term customer partnerships with our Retail Partners across your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Kellanova's retail presence by working with your Kellanova partners to understand our Retail Customers' business strategies and targets.
  • Execute promotions and shelf objectives in a timely manner, according to banners and store planogram compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the Retail Team.
Requirements
  • Understand the importance of the Kellanova Brand and leverage this to our Customers and Consumers.
  • Post-Secondary Education in a related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
  • Must be Bilingual, fluent in both French and English.
  • Client-focused, with a strong capacity to build credibility and trust. Tenacity and an aptitude for Sales.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Valid Drivers license within Canada - Driver abstract may be requested.
  • Travel is a big portion of this role. Must be willing to drive 35% of the time.
