About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bhinder Law Office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court appearances, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents and records.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and Proofreading: Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
