As a Customer Service Tech Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a leading Canadian multinational e-commerce enterprise. Your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding technical assistance while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via multiple channels, including chat, asynchronous messaging, and phone, managing intricate scenarios as a Tier 2 Helpdesk professional.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and suggest technological improvements to boost operational efficiency.
  • Utilize remote troubleshooting methods to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
  • Guide customers through effective problem-solving techniques, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a help desk or customer support role.
